Welcome to Eat, Move and Live with Mama Roze, this is a blog to talk about a variety of subjects mainly food and “exercise”. I am not going to be here to promote weight loose per se, but to discuss the things such as various forms of diets, nutrition including vitamins, a variety of activities, and much much more including possible mental health tips. I also am in the process of creating a course for people on how to cook anything, so keep an eye out for that one. However, in the meantime, I am wanting to share the information I find. NO, I am not a medical professional, however, I do a lot of research. Information on things such as diets I plan on posting at least three articles on 1 what the diet is such as what the “rules” is, 2 the benefits of it, and 3 the consequences. I am not going to tell anyone what they should or should not do once again I am not a doctor and I am definitely not, but I do feel as if true knowledge is crucial in making any choice.
